2 & 6 Meters

KH6HI QSL has arrived finally! I really like it so much this DX.

October 15th., my first JA Lp have been worked!

In the late morning around 12 UTC I have worked three stations from JA during a Long Path opening, it happened half an hour before I worked KH6, always LP, (see below).

Staitons worked were JG1TSG; JN1JFC and JR1LZK.

Nice DXs also on 2m band this year!

I worked some stations on MS shower in August, (see pics down).

Tropo openings were more frequent this year and as you can see up I worked a lot of EA5 stations with just an 8L Yagi + 50W ftom and FT-897D.

Worked also OK; SV8; DL; IH9.

Well after the first 6m DX of 2023 (CX, see below), I have worked 3 more DXCC.

As you can see in the pictures below I had the fortune to work also KH6, Long Path on October 16th.!

It has been another "Century DX" after KL7HBK in 2021!

Pictures about KH6HI shows my contact but also where he came in into Europe that day...

I have to thank Albert which already confirmed this beautiful DX on LOTW but I'll soon request qsl direct for DXCC.

In addition I also worked 8Q and FH, two more good DXs.

Now my score is #188_WKD/#180_CFM On 6m.

That's the list of DXCC missng to me on 6m band.

CX was the firs DX of 2023. I missed CX several times but at the end I logged it.

A couple of New Grids worked on 6m and a blast from the past! A good SSB DX with my friend CE8EIO which uploade our qso also on LOTW.

First TEP opening for 2023

These are U.S. States missing on 6m band in order to complete WAS award. I hope for season 2023 to work some of these!

Another good New One on 6m during ES season 2022.

Three more U.S. States (see pictures up) added to the list in order to get my WAS 6m!

MS - NM - VT. I probably missed OR & WY but anyway the end is not too far :-D

Now I miss just 5 States to finish.

Another good DX has been FP, Erick KV1J has been active from St. Pierre & Miquelon and gave us a brand New One om 6m! His call was FP/KV1J.

Gary, VK8AW has been the first New One on 6m of this season, he came in with a mix of ES and F2 propagations and I got him both on FT8 and FT4, unfortunatly not in CW which would have been better!

3A6M - F6EXV Paul and PB8DX Florian have been really active for a long period from Principauté de Monaco giving many people a New One on 6m. I needed 3A to grow up the score on DIGI modes and I got them. Well done guys!

Yuri UT1FG/MM has been really active from a lot of grids around the seas.

I got him just two times.

Here we are to the Best DX ever on 6m band, both for 2021 ES season and for life!

I had the fortune to work KL7HBK on the band, I was comingh through Alaska via North Pole and signal was really good, I got a -02!

John was not so strong but I got the report perfectly and the qso happened really fast. It might have been possible on CW too perhaps.

Considering the path we don't know if 2022 will give us a new opportunity to work KL7 again. Meanwhile...it's into the log!

That's the qsl for one of the QSOs with ISS. On that period I talked to Major Paolo Nespoli during his mission aboard the station. I've talked to him 3 times then I've missed the contact with Major Luca Parmitano during next mission and it seems I'll lost also Captain Samatha Cristoforetti, due to her poor activity unfortunatly.

A good opening on 2m with SV area, I worked #43 on this band SV5DKL.

I'm still waiting paper qsl from RD9D.

Just 4S was heard and not workd.... :-/

2019 ES season on 6m has been very prolific and I have worked 8 New DXCC:

Another good opening with Mid West on July 23rd 2018

June 4th 2018 a nice opening on 6m up to California @KR7O but unfortunatly non worked!

Yesterday, (27-06-2015) a brief opening to Central America and northern part of SA.

I worked only 2 stations from KP4 and PJ5A.

Several stations were spotted in EU such as J6, HI3TEJ, KP2, C6, YV1, PV8ADI and others but unfortunatly I didn't work any New One :-)

Then even VO1COD was worked in Call Area #5 from Italy.

A small opening to U.K. took place on June 22nd.

I worked 3 new grids with 50w and my 8 elements 8JXX2.

A big opening on June 21st. after the IARU Contest between EU and NA. I worked several stations from U.S., 37 qso were logged! A personal record at present.

8 New States, inclunding WA (CN87), actually my farthest DX with U.S.A. and 18 New Grids.

I worked nearly all call areas except W6 & W9.

Just one station from West Coast (K7CW), I hope to work more next opening.

The opening last more than 3 hours, from 16Z to 19:30Z.

ES Opening versus Caribbean & South America occurred on June 16th. I worked YV4 as New One.

Few days ago was time for 5Z0L to be achieved for 6m DXCC.....today I have worked my first JA ever JE1BMJ @ 7:30Z and also 9M2TO @ 8:43Z both on 6m CW.

They are two more New One wich let me grow up to #138 DXCC entities worked on Magic Band!

It's been a real joy to work them for first time :-)

April 23rd. at around 19:00Z a good New One on 6 meters arrived......I worked Roberto, 3B9FR from Rodriguez I. .

After the first fake of few weeks earlier that was the right time! I got really got him into my log. A real good TEP opening between EU and 3B9 that evening. Roberto kindly answered to my mail confirming that I'm into his log 100% on 6 CW!!

Waiting qsl now :-)

And my little score on 6 grow up to 135 valid DXCC wkd.
